Hello,
As this pain indicates to me as a
lumbar Radiculopathy and that's the reason the symptoms are like
sciatica. There might be a
nerve root entrapment. Since you cannot go to a doctor I will advise you to continue the medication which you are taking and take complete
bed rest. Also, take hot water fermentation. If you can arrange for a Lumbar brace it will be really helpful.
Maybe an MRI is needed to see the disc pathology. Once the pain will come down then the exercise can be initiated like- core stability, lumbar spinal muscle strengthening, lower
limbs and hip strengthening to get good results.
In my clinical practice of over 12 years, most cases with lumbar Radiculopathy recovers well with the above-mentioned program. We do add McKenzie maneuver based on the requirements. You can check the McKenzie maneuver online.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
